Pais apprentices are very well trained throughout the year. Beginning with 3-weeks of foundational training, the apprenticeship then moves to the hands-on phase. Every few weeks teams are brought back together for specific conferences.Apart from over 200-hours of seminary-style training, there are bi-weekly mentoring sessions, and you will join with Pais teams throughout the world and watch weekly interactive training videos called ‘Livewire’.
